ICON Eyecare – Grand Junction Services

Our surgeons are subspecialists providing advanced care in the areas of cornea, glaucoma, and ocular reconstruction.

Glaucoma Services Include: Selective laser trabeculoplasty, laser peripheral iridotomy, iStent, Cypass, XEN implant, endocyclophotocoagulation, tube shunt implantation, trans-scleral cyclophotocoagulation, goniotomy, gonio-assisted transluminal trabeculotomy and revision of previous glaucoma surgical interventions.

Cornea Services Include: Corneal crosslinking, Prokera, pterygium removal, cosmetic pinguecula removal, superficial keratectomy, phototherapeutic keratectomy, EDTA chelation, and a variety of corneal transplantation approaches – including descemet’s membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK), descemet’s stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK), deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) and full thickness penetrating keratoplasty (PKP).

Ocular Reconstruction and Other Services Include: Iris repair following trauma or congenital defects, conjunctival reconstruction, and management of intraocular lens complications – including intraocular lens repositioning, intraocular lens exchange, secondary intraocular lens implantation.

We also provide a wide range of treatment options for patients with dry eye including LipiFlow and TrueTear.

If they determine the advanced treatment options we provide are beneficial for your unique case, we will work closely with them to coordinate your care.
